My Background

Since arriving at the University of Iowa to study Sport and Recreation Management, I have built hands-on experience across nearly every operational side of professional baseball. I earned a spot in the highly competitive Iowa Baseball Managers program coming out of high school, and now work in the Video and Technology department, running TrackMan, Edgertronic, and BATS systems to help coaches and players prepare and develop.

 

Each college summer has added a new layer of experience: as a Game Day Operations Intern for the Asheboro Zookeepers, I produced scouting materials and learned ticketing, merchandise, and team promotion, and most recently, as an Operations Intern for the Amsterdam Mohawks of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League, I became the first to operate the team's brand-new NEVCO video board and built the team's TikTok presence from scratch to over 1,000 followers in a single season. I have also worked as a Technology Coordinator for the Dan Gable Donnybrook, Iowa's premier high school wrestling tournament, managing AV setup and troubleshooting.

 

Alongside this growing resume in baseball operations, I maintain a 3.64 GPA across 108 credit hours at Iowa, continuing to build toward my career goal of becoming a General Manager of a professional baseball team.
