Professional Experience in High School

Chase Orinski's path into professional baseball began in high school, where he spent four seasons with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, the AAA affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, as a member of the Game Day Production Staff in the press box at Coca-Cola Park. In that role, he managed instant replay, ran the line score, and operated the scoreboard for professional games, gaining a level of hands-on exposure to game-day operations that most high schoolers never get. He also served as the public address announcer for several high school games hosted at the facility, adding live broadcast experience to his production background. To stay involved in sports during the baseball offseason, Chase spent three years working as game-day staff for Lehigh University's Athletic Department, supporting Division I collegiate athletics events. Chase also built strong leadership and business acumen through FBLA, serving as chapter president his senior year. He was a standout competitor in business plan events, placing second in the state and 16th nationally as a junior, then finishing fourth in state and qualifying for nationals again as a senior. Together, these experiences gave him an early, real foundation in both the operational and business sides of running an organization, the experience that first pointed him toward a career as a General Manager.
